Fishing Trip

I went for fishing trip for the 2nd time, floating on the sea. Together with Ayoh, Abg Muz, Dr Abdullah ( Ayoh’s comrade ), and of course, the ship’s crew. Unbelievably, I’m not feeling any sea sickness during the trip in contrast of my 1st trip.

Ready and Set!

All aboard! Need  to bring this ice container to ensure the fish freshness.

Need to see what’s powering this ship. An inline 6-cylinder, diesel engine. Judging by the sound and the vibration, I bet this engine must have a lot of horse power.

Relaxing while going to the fishing pot.

Let’s try this fishing rod.

Got 2 fishes on 2 hooks.

We also captured some squids at night.

Alhamdulillah, we arrived back at the Jetty and everything is safe and sound.

Windows Fact #2

But frankly, if you rename the folder/file in other operating system, the folder/file name stays there. Pretty wierd.

( Credits to Abg Zid’s Macbook Pro for renaming the folder )

Windows Fact #1

The Power of Preservatives

Look closely at the image below…..

This is a typical Happy Meal from McDonald, and YES, it is 1 year old.

Mrs Bruso left the Happy Meal uncovered on a shelf at her home near Denver, Colorado, to see what would happen. She has revealed the results on her blog, in which she gives healthy eating advice to parents.

The 62-year-old, who has eight grandchildren, admitted that the arid temperature of her home near the Rocky Mountains meant there was little moisture in the air with which to speed decomposition.

But she added that during the year-long experiment, no flies or other insects were attracted to the food.

She said: ‘I had the windows open many times, but flies and other insects just ignored the Happy Meal. What does that tell you, if they can’t be bothered with it?

Windows Calendar Review

Microsoft always wanted to improve their personal organization software, those which they want to follow some softwares in Mac OSX such as, iCal, iPhoto, iMovie and so on. Today, let’s talk about Windows Calendar

Why am I doing this : Need to start keeping an eye on the calendar. There’s more work and task coming soon….

Included in Windows Vista but not inlcuded in Windows 7. Why??? I have to do some google search to find this App for Windows 7 which I finally ended up at some Win7 forum.

First run

Pretty clean user interface, pretty simple and easy to read.

Filling up the details. Again, very simple. Totally different from Windows Media Player which I think the most complicated navigation I’ve ever used.

This calendar seek navigation is very easy to use. I wish I could show you how it works but, this is a still picture.

Conclusions : Well, i could say that Microsoft did pretty good job on listening to consumers. But still, we, consumers did not get 100% satisfaction from a PC.
